All items are checked before they are dispatched. In the rare occurrence you receive your items damaged, You will need to contact Royal Mail and ask for a P58 claim form. If an incorrect order is dispatched which is our error, please return the items back to us where we will provide a full refund of postage & packing.
Refunds of any kind are processed by cheque if the customer resides in the UK or Northern Ireland. Any Customers Outside the UK & Northern Ireland will be refunded via PayPal.
Please allow delivery of items between 7-10 days, although on occassions delivery times can be quicker. To reduce costs to the customer, all items are sent 2nd class large, Embroidered items are shipped 2nd Class Recorded. Shipping charges on items will vary from £1.20 up to £3.50 maximum, depending on quantities.
