Shipping & Returns

All goods purchased are sent to the Customers registered PayPal address only. Due to our PayPal seller policy we are commited to, we do not ship to any other address apart from the address on a customers PayPal receipt of payment. All items are checked before they are dispatched. In the rare occurrence you receive your items damaged, You will need to contact Royal Mail and ask for a P58 claim form. We cannot and will not be held responsible for damage caused to goods once we have dispatched them. We will be more than happy to assist you with any information and proof of value for a Royal Mail claim should you require it. If an incorrect order is dispatched which is our error, please return the items back to us where we will provide a full refund of postage & packing.

Refunds of any kind are processed by cheque if the customer resides in the UK or Northern Ireland. Any Customers Outside the UK & Northern Ireland will be refunded via PayPal.

All orders are dispatched by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. Please allow delivery of items between 7-10 days, although on occassions delivery times can be quicker.
